Decades of building, scaling, and exiting businesses — I've signed both sides of the check. Now I help other owners do the same, with purpose.
I live on a farm in Pittsboro, North Carolina with my wife Meridith, our son Adam, our daughter Lawson, and a small zoo — dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, and horses.
I built businesses to create freedom — time with family, land to enjoy, and work that matters. That's what I help other business owners do.
I've had the business exits. I've also had the 100+ hour work weeks and the businesses that owned me instead of the other way around. I know both sides. And I know the principles that make the difference.
Today that work takes three forms: business advisory for owners who want a company that runs without them, SnapToSell for AI-powered tools that multiply results instead of hours, and 20+ years of primary-source research into the systems we live in, distilled in The Enemy Within.
