Know Where You Really Are So We Can Build Where You Need to Go

One definition of wisdom is learning from others — not only from their success, but from their mistakes. That's what this is.

Answer from reality, not from where you wish you were. Honesty here saves us both months of wasted effort.
There are no wrong answers — only honest ones. This should take 15–20 minutes.
01
The Inner Game
"80% is psychology, 20% is strategy. Master the inner game first." — Tony Robbins
1. Do you believe you deserve more success than you currently have?
Be honest. The answer to this question determines your ceiling more than any strategy ever will.
2. Why did you start this business, and why are you still in it?
What we're looking for: Are you building from identity, or searching for one?
3. If failure were impossible and money were irrelevant, what would you build?
4. What is a belief about yourself, money, or success that might be holding you back?
Your life doesn't follow your intentions. It follows your programming. What program is running?
02
The Reality
"What am I missing? Where am I wrong? What do I need to learn?" — Keith Cunningham
5. What business are you in? What business are you REALLY in? What business do you NEED to be in?
6. What is the single biggest thing choking your growth right now?
7. If something happened to you today, what would happen to your business and the people who depend on you?
Your family. Your team. Your customers. What do they inherit — an asset or a pile of problems?
8. If I asked your team what your company is about, what would they say? Just a few words.
Not what you'd say. What THEY would say. If you don't know — that's your answer.
03
The Numbers
"The key to getting rich is avoiding stupid things, not doing more smart things." — Keith Cunningham
9. What is your true profit margin? Not revenue. Profit. What you actually keep.
10. What does it cost you to acquire a customer? What is that customer worth over their lifetime?
If you don't know, write "I don't know." That's diagnostic too.
11. If all revenue stopped tomorrow, how many months of cash reserves do you have?
12. What financial number in your business are you avoiding looking at? Why?
04
The Future
"Let the future shape your present, not your past." — Buckminster Fuller
13. What's your impossible goal? The one that seems crazy but won't leave your mind.
14. If you had to compress a 10-year goal into 2 years, what would HAVE to be true?
What must change about your team, your model, your strategy — or you?
15. What is your exit strategy?
16. Would someone who looked at your business today want to buy it? Why or why not?
05
The Commitment
"Decision comes from the Latin incision — to cut off all other possibilities." — Tony Robbins
17. What is the single most important result you want from coaching?
18. What is it costing you to NOT change? Financially, personally, relationally.
19. If I don't have the ability to fit you into my schedule, will you promise yourself to find someone to guide you to success?
Every top athlete, every successful entrepreneur, every great leader has at least one coach. Many have several. Don't you deserve that?
